CCS School Closing
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that the Covenant Christian School Board of Directors shares the difficult decision to permanently close CCS at the end of this academic year, in May 2025. For over 50 years, CCS has been more than just a school—it has been a family, a place where students have been nurtured in faith and learning, and where lifelong relationships have been built.
This decision was not made lightly. Over the past few years, CCS has faced significant challenges, including declining enrollment and financial pressures, which we have worked tirelessly to address through cost-cutting measures, fundraising efforts, and exploring partnerships. Despite our best efforts, these challenges have become insurmountable, and we must now focus on supporting our students, families, and staff through this transition with grace and care.
CCS has always been a place of faith, love, and perseverance. While this chapter is coming to a close, the values and connections we’ve cultivated here will live on in the hearts and lives of those touched by our mission. We deeply appreciate your prayers, understanding, and steadfast support during this difficult time.
